Denise Gray, a photographic griot, owns Denise Gray Photography.
Her business focuses on location photography and specializes in
event services such as corporate, portraiture, and special events.
Her clients include Fortune 500 companies & businesses throughout
metropolitan Atlanta. Denise envisions herself as A traditional
griot with a camera, using photography as a way of preserving
history. Through her eyes, each composition in the lens is a
legacy that tells a story for generations to come.
Denise is the
official photographer for Who’s Who of Black Atlanta,
National Conference of Black Mayors, Ballethnic
Dance Company, and the Atlanta Business League, just to name a
few.
Denise was a
finalist for the Home Based Business Achievement Award in 2002 in
conjunction with Atlanta Business League Super Tuesday.
Denise is a
mentor with the Big Brother/Big Sister program. Since 1993, Denise
has been a member of Zone III Photographer’s Network, and since
1995 a member of Sistagraphy, an organization of her professional
peers. A community activist, Denise is a board member of the
American Red Cross Minority Recruitment Advisory Board, Integrity
Networking Group and Sisters Empowerment Network.
